RISC5 Oberon Compiler Source Code

CPIde now includes the full source code for an Oberon for FPGA RISC5 command-line compiler as example code. These are the same source code modules used for the Oberon compiler in Astrobe for FPGA RISC5. Consequently, the source code, symbol files and code files it uses and generates are 100% compatible with those used by the Astrobe IDE compiler. More details are included in the CPIde Examples ReadMe file.

The compiler conforms to the latest (May 2016) revision of The Programming Language Report by Prof Niklaus Wirth. Extensions and restrictions are documented in the RISC5 Oberon Programmer's Guide. You can download both of these documents from the Astrobe Oberon webpage:

If you already have v8.1 CPIde, download and install the (updated) setup file again following the instructions that were previously sent to you.
